Returns
At Mini Memoirs, your satisfaction means everything to us! If you receive a damaged or defective Cover Book, please let us know within seven (7) days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. We only accept returns for damage or defects caused by Mini Memoirs and cannot accept returns for any other reasons, including change of mind.
We can only accept returns for defective or damaged Cover Books that are our responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any free physical Memoir pages sent to you.

Return Instructions
To start the return process, simply contact us via hello@minimemoirs.com.au or via the contact form and provide photo evidence of the damaged or defective Cover Book. We’ll need this before you send it back to us, as we can only accept returns with proper photo evidence showing the issue.

Once we receive your message and the photo evidence is deemed satisfactory, our team will provide you with delivery instructions. Please remember, we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the damage or defect is attributable to Mini Memoirs.
Delivery
The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on your location. Your shipment will go through two stages: processing and transit. Typically, processing and packing take about 2-3 business days, excluding weekends. Transit times usually range from 5-14 business days depending on destination.
While we strive to meet these timelines, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by us or third-party service providers.

Refund Policy
At Mini Memoirs, we believe in transparency to help you make informed decisions. Please note that refunds for subscriptions are not available beyond the Free Trial Period. This trial lets you explore Mini Memoirs before committing. Once the trial ends, we cannot offer partial or full refunds if you decide to cancel your plan. However, you will still have access to Mini Memoirs Media until your subscription expires.
If you receive a damaged or defective Cover Book, please notify us within seven (7) days. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process so we can assess its condition as part of our quality control. If the damage or defect is our fault, we’ll quickly arrange for a replacement Cover Book to be sent to you at no extra cost, or issue a refund for the Cover Book itself. If you choose a refund, we’ll process the cost of the Cover Book back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
If you notice any mistakes upon receiving your physical Memoir pages (like spelling or photo cropping issues that could have been caught during the pre-printing review), we’re here to help! Please keep in mind that any replacement pages may incur re-printing and shipping fees, unless the mistake is due to Mini Memoirs.
