Your baby book will have 19 chapters covering a variety of topics, such as pregnancy, adoption (optional), IVF (optional), surrogacy (optional), birth, baby's parents, baby's family, newborn -one year, milestones and firsts, baby's first birthday. All of this is included in the base price, with the option to add photo templates throughout the chapters.

To order a print copy, you'll need to complete your entire book in the app first. Once you're finished, visit our website and navigate to Shop > Complete Baby Book. This purchase includes the baby book, binder, and all the pages. After you place your order, we’ll be in touch to print all your pages and ship them to you as a complete set.

We offer three subscription levels—Basic, Mid, and Premium— each designed to meet different needs. You can select the plan that best suits you, with the option of either monthly or yearly payments. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid further charges.

For the Monthly plan, you’re billed every month, while for the Yearly plan, you pay once a year. Both plans auto-renew, but you can cancel anytime before the renewal date to stop future billing.

After you have subscribed and once you've purchased the baby book binder, you’ll receive it with the chapter dividers included. Once you complete a certain number of chapters in the app, your pages will be shipped in two separate deliveries over the course of a year. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days once processed depending on location and time of year. For your first purchase after the free trial, you will need to subscribe and order the baby book binder, which includes a display folder for your memoirs, chapter dividers, and an optional slipcase. After completing several chapters within the app, we will send you your printed pages for free in two shipments over the year. Photos are printed on premium satin photo-grade paper, while dividers are printed on matte paper for a beautiful finish.

Oh no! If your baby book arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@minimemoirs.com.au within seven (7) days of delivery, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly. Please note, we only accept returns for damages or defects caused by Mini Memoirs and cannot accept returns for other reasons, such as a change of mind. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any free physical memoir pages. For more details, please refer to our terms & conditions.

At Mini Memoirs, security is our top priority. That’s why we recommend only one person per login details and device. However, you can share your account with family members so they can contribute to your baby book. To share your account with family members go to Account > Invite Family Member. You will also have the option to un-invite family members and remove their access to your account. If there’s any unexpected activity or if someone you don’t know is using your account, you will immediately receive an email notification when your account is accessed from a new device. If you notice unauthorized activity, change your password right away and contact us at hello@minimemoirs.com.au. We may temporarily suspend your account to prevent further misuse while we investigate.

To record a milestone, open the app and navigate to the bottom menu bar where it says "Milestones." Select the milestone your baby has achieved, fill out the corresponding question, and choose a photo. This information will be automatically added to your baby book!
